Gulf Coast Estate Care was created to provide reliable, discreet oversight for homes in South Naples and surrounding communities—especially for owners who spend time away from their property.
Why this exists
Many homeowners in Naples are seasonal. Homes sit vacant for extended periods, and small issues—humidity, leaks, power interruptions, storm impacts—can quickly become expensive problems if no one is paying attention.
Traditional solutions often feel inconsistent, impersonal, or reactive. We built Gulf Coast Estate Care to be the opposite: attentive, consistent, and quietly dependable.
What we do
We provide routine property visits, detailed condition checks, and rapid response when something needs attention. We also coordinate with vendors, provide access for service providers, and help ensure your home is ready when you arrive.
The goal is simple: you should be able to step back into your home and have everything feel exactly as it should.
How we operate
We intentionally limit the number of homes we support and focus on a defined service area. This allows us to be responsive, consistent, and familiar with each property we oversee.
We approach this work with a long-term mindset. Trust is earned over time, through reliability and attention to detail—not promises.
Founder
This service was founded by Anthony Leibovitz, a former technology executive with more than three decades of experience at Microsoft, where his work focused on the design, implementation, and operation of secure, reliable, global-scale systems and online services—along with the processes and procedures required to support them.
That background shapes how we approach home watch. Caring for an unoccupied home requires more than a quick walkthrough—it requires consistency, attention to detail, and a process that ensures nothing important is overlooked. The same principles used to manage complex, high-stakes systems are applied here: structured checks, clear documentation, and accountability for every visit.
